PROTEIN

the best method of calculating just how much protein is enough for a high protein diet 
is which the following formula
 LEAN MASS WEIGHT (KG) X 2.75 = DAILY PROTEIN REQUIREMENT
first you need to know 
1) your total body weight
2) your body fat percentage
then,
total body weight X body fat percentage = m
total body weight -m = lean mass weight

lean mass weight x 2.75 = ideal protein intake daily in grams

example:
a man weight with 68.18 kg with 15 % body fat
15% X 68.18 = 10.23 kg
68.18 kg -10.23 kg = 57.95 kg (lean mass weight in kg)
57.95 kg X 2.75 = 159.36 g

so a man with 68.18 kg total body weight and 15 % fat need to take 159.36 g protein daily
